RESERVE OFFICER TRAINING CORPS

In the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program, cadets will learn the valuable principles of leadership, and utilize these practices in real life situations. Cadets learn to develop their leadership skills through leadership laboratory, aerospace studies classes, and physical training.

LEADERSHIP LABORATORY

The purpose of the LLAB program is to augment the AFROTC academic curriculum by providing cadets with dynamic activities, opportunities and feedback needed to develop the leadership, managerial, followership, and supervisory skills required of successful AF officers. It is a student planned, organized and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander. LLAB provides a training environment in which each cadet can develop and exercise the skills and techniques necessary for success as an Air Force Officer.
